The Institute for International People-to-People Exchange in Innovation and Entrepreneurship was established in June 2022 as a joint venture between the Center for Chinese and Foreign Humanities Exchange of the Ministry of Education and Sichuan Tourism College. The Institute takes innovation and entrepreneurship as the grip to build an open, application-oriented and internationalized platform for innovation and entrepreneurship research, humanities exchange, talent training, decision-making and social services. Chengdu (high-tech) emerging industry achievements transformation characteristic demonstration base operated by Chengdu Xiwang Chuangzhi Technology Co., Ltd. is initiated by the National Technology Transfer Southwest Center, Chengdu Science and Technology Enterprise Incubator Association, Chengdu Seed Wisdom Incubator Management Co., Ltd. three units, aiming to build a "technology, talent, enterprise" three-dimensional integration of emerging industry transfer transformation and project cultivation system by integrating provincial and municipal scientific and technological achievements transformation service resources, integrating technological achievements from research and development, products, talents, markets, industries, The all-factor service chain of capital builds a "new engine" for the application and transformation and incubation of internally driven technological achievements. At the same time, the base will form a linkage and synergy with the high-tech E+ network incubation platform and the Chengdu-Chongqing integrated technology trading market to form a "high new model" of scientific and technological achievements from the transformation and landing to the cultivation of growth of the whole chain of services, and boost the Chengdu High-tech Zone to become the core bearer of the national scientific and technological achievements transformation demonstration zone.

The base vigorously promotes the work of people-to-people exchanges between China and foreign countries in innovation and entrepreneurship, and holds more than 10 people-to-people exchanges between China and foreign countries in innovation and entrepreneurship. Characteristic projects carried out:

(1) Reached cooperation with the Linux Foundation, LF Edge, and Edgex China Community to jointly hold the EdgeX Developer Summit and hands-on training camp, which promoted the exchange of edge computing and Internet of Things and artificial intelligence industries;

(2) Reached cooperation with Yuntu Ruishi, a local artificial intelligence platform solution provider in Chengdu, to jointly carry out the "2021 Artificial Intelligence Summit and Intel-Yuntu Ruishi AI Ecology Conference", focusing on the AI industry ecology and artificial intelligence industry chain, sharing cutting-edge perspectives and talking about new opportunities for artificial intelligence development;

(3) Co-organized with Founders Lair the Digitalization Ningxia-Chengdu Station Code Collection Campaign, focusing on the three core themes of "Goji Berries", "Red Wine" and "Climate Change", aiming to challenge innovative ideas and provide digital solutions for Ningxia's agriculture and related industries.
